John F. Kennedy Airport to host massive airport singalongs

New York City’s John F. Kennedy International Airport will be all around everyone in March.

The NYC Department of Transportation announced Monday the official return of the nation’s largest “public singalong,” a beloved favorite that kicked off in 1984 and has been missing the last several years.

The theme of the 33rd annual JFK singalong is “Can I Sing With You?” The line-up includes more than 150 artists and proceeds go to New York’s Public Art Fund.

This year’s line-up is as follows:

Concert concerts will be held at JFK Airport’s Third Avenue concourse on Wednesday, March 7

at JFK Airport’s Third Avenue concourse on Wednesday, March 7 Concerts will be held at JFK Airport’s South Terminal Concourse on Wednesday, March 14

at JFK Airport’s South Terminal Concourse on Wednesday, March 14 Concerts will be held at JFK Airport’s Third Avenue Concourse on Thursday, March 22

at JFK Airport’s Third Avenue Concourse on Thursday, March 22 Concerts will be held at JFK Airport’s Terminal 3 Concourse on Wednesday, March 28

Musicians include big names like Bruce Springsteen, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, Sting, Katy Perry, Blondie, Meat Loaf, and Paul Simon, just to name a few.

Plus, there will be folks playing the harmonica, the ukulele, pedal steel guitar, antique accordion, accordion trio, keyboard, toy maracas, and more.
